Refunds for consultation services are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For completed installation services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the specific circumstances of the project.

Installation Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the completed installation, we offer one follow-up adjustment session within 7 days of the initial installation. Additional adjustments may be available for an additional fee.

Damage-Free Guarantee

We use damage-free mounting techniques. If our installation causes any damage to your walls, we will work with you to address the issue. Please report any concerns within 48 hours of installation.
